The kymogram of the normal, anemic, hyperteysive heart and that of valvular disease was analytically studied in its form, amplitude and phase of Kymo-waves by means of roentgenkymography with simultaneous recording of ecg. The author showed, that ths physiolegical changes of cardiac function can be followed, to certain extent by the phase analysis of Kymo-wave as measuring the duration of isometric contraction, ventricle discharge, ejection phase, rapid filling and ventricle systole. He described the particular change of ventricle dilatation, i. e. change of wave f^rrn to lateral plateau, delayed syslolic movement and diminished amplitude of the lower part of ventricle. He also pointed out that cardiac disturbance can not be correctly judged by the 2nd type of pulsation (Stumpf) without minute observation of wave form and phase analysis of Kymo-waves.

The author calculated the direction of the electric charge of the hearts from the QRS-groups in the standard EKG of ventricular ES by means of Madia-wee's orthogonal isosceles triangle coordinates. The ES, the direction of which begins at the right of ther epresentative direction normal systole, and turns to the" left over it, and ends on the left of it, happens from the right ventricle, and vice versa. The ES happens near septiventriculi, when the rotation is small: and it happens near the base of the heart, when it is large. All above are proved easily both by the consideration that the abnormal stimulation is transmitted by the specific muscular system, and stimulates all the ventricles, and by the consideration about the rotation in the direction of the electric charge thus caused-through Prof. Mackawa's "Chain-doublets" Theory.

The author calculated the vector of the electric charge of a heart by P-wave in the standard EKG that investigated by 321 healthy men, by means of Maekawa's orthogonal isosceles triangle coordinates. Mostly they turn to the left quadrant of this coordinates from the right that they are started, and stop in the left quadrant. It is easy to understand, when we image the time related with stimulation of both auricles which is caused by the position of the sinus-knot, through the theory of chain-doublets and the existence of the intraauricuiar specific muscular system, that first of all the right auricule is stimulated, and when P-wave is beginning its action, the direction of the electric charga of a heart marks at the right quadrant, and then the direction is turned by stimulation of the left auricle, and it marks at the left quadrant, when P-wave situates in the last time.

Through electrocardiograms of the patients treated with extrapleural plombage with plastic hollow balls (Nagaishi etc.), I am possible to know that i) Abnormalities of P wave have much in common with these which appeared after Semb's thoracoplasty, but both negativity and pulmonary P are not shown, ii) T waves become lower after operation, but the absence of T_2 is shown in only une case and the recovery of these changes is done alnjpst within 1 month. The influence of this operatson upon the myocardl is generally smaller, and the recovery is sooner than that of the Semb's thoracoplasty. and iii) After operation on the right 'side, the right displacement is shown and the left side the left displacement with the right rotation in all cases caused by the pressure upon the back deadangle.

"Aktionsphanomen" was examined by unipolar lead as Fig. 5. Small, short and monophasic action current was lead in end stadium of heart contraction, when adequate stimulus was given. (Fig. 6-b). This result means that in the end of excitement, the tissue membrane impedance decrease and "Aktionsphanomen" is recorded as monophasic.

After kiMing the rabbits, I investigated histologically all organs of them. In the heart, I found more remarkable interstitial myocarditis at the experimental animals than at the control, and found necrosis, vacuole formation and hyaline degeneration. One animal showed the myocardial callosity. In the other organs, the changes were very slight.

(1) In the rabbits which are injected intra-(sub-) cutaneously with the antirabbit-kidney-duck-serum diluted moderately by the normal duck-serum, I-reaction can be equal crinically to the reaction in the injected place of the normal duck-serum and II-reaction can only be appeared at the former case. From this fact, at the Masugi's nephritis of the rabbits the antibody in the antirabbit-kidney-duck-serum is too much diluted for the rabbits-kidney to appear crinically the contradictory anaphylactic reaktion corresponding to the I-reaction of the dermatoreaction, but the normal an aphylactic reaction appears only in the form of nephritis corresponding to II-reaction of the dermatoreaction. (2) In the rabbits whith are injected intra-(sub-) cutaneously with the antirabbit-kidney-duck-serurn diluted by the normal duck-serum and by physiological Nacl solution, both II-reactions appear equally. From this fact, I conclude that the duck-serum fixed in the injected place is the duck-serum binded with the antibody in the antirabbit-kidney-duck-serum.

Three kinds of specimen were made from the following three groups: the first is those of the kidneys from the rabbits which had been sensitized previously with the normal duck serum and under went an intravenous injection of nephrotoxin 12 or 30 hours ago: the second is of the kidney from a young, little rabbit which under, went an intravenous injection of a large amount of nephrotoxin 6 hours ago: the third is that of a rabbit which under went nephrotoxin injection into the one side its renal artery 14 days ago. In each specimen changes of the kidney appeared chiefly in the glomeruli. Namely congestion, or anemia and cell-infiltration in the loops of Henle, enlargement and desquamation of the endotheliar cells of glomerular capsules were observed. These histological changes essentially not different from tho,e of the Masugi-nephritis. On the 14th days after the injection of nephrotoxin into the one side of the renal, artery, both kidneys were compared with each other and observed histologically. The kidney which under went the injection showed remarkable changes intensively, compared with the other side. Acceding to the authors opinion, a large amount of nephrotoxin is attached to the injected side soon after the inoculation and normal anaphlaxis occurs intensively by means of the duck serum contained in the nephrotoxin attached to the kidney.

After Killing the rabbits I investigated histologically all organs of them, especially myocardium and searched the existence of the allergic changes. As the results of this experiment I found endocarditis verrucosaand pericarditis. Particularly in the Myocardium of the experiment rabbits. a great many rheumatoids were found than in those of the control animals.
