The so-called resonance problems in the equilibrium theory is reduced to a problem on a single magnetic surface. If the magnetic field satisfies the condition φd1/B=const. on a given magnetic surface, he currant density is determined, to all orders of parameter standing for the distance from the given surface, so that it satisfies the following conditions. First, the plasma pressure gradient balances the Lorentz force. Second, the magnetic field has no islands in the neighbourhood of the surface. Third, the magnetic field satisfies he condition φd1/B=const. in the neighbourhood of the surface. Fourth, the magnetic field has the flux functions presumed in the neighbourhood of the surface.
