A new cutting method, Constant Load Feeding, is proposed as a high precious secondary working tool in CFRP cutting. The constant load feeding of CFRP (work material) can restrain the occurrence of cutting defects such as burr and scuffing in a diamond saw cutting. Changing the contact condition between the cutting edges and CFRP, from a Line Contact to a Point Contact, also restrain the occurrence of chipping at the beginning of cutting and the formation of irregular shape at the cutting termination. The combining of Constant load Feeding with Point Contact eliminated most of the cutting defects even in the CFRP cutting with a low rigidity cutting tool like the diamond saw blade.

Much machine tool is used in the mass production processing factory.Most of machine tool have the sliding guide way of 3 axes of X-Y-Z; the sliding surface lubricates by a lubricating oil.However, because those most are disposable, a great many lubricating oil are used and are discarded.If a lubricating oil using with a machine tool is changed to the grease, the consumption is reduced because a refueling interval time becomes long.This paper evaluate diffusibility of the grease which it supplied to a guide way with a glass plate and a slide block which stood still.As a result, this paper showed that I could change the diffusibility of the grease by the condition of the scraping.

CMP technology has been widely used for sapphire final polishing. In this study, we investigated the effect of temperature on polishing properties of sapphire. Among the temperature range studied in this study, the surface roughness was almost the same irrespective temperature, whereas, the removal rate was revealed to increase with increasing temperature. These results suggest that the chemical reactivity would be more activated at higher temperature during sapphire CMP.
