Long-lived non-gamma emitting radioactive nuclear waste is called "difficult to measure" nuclei. To make them shorter half life, (γ ,n) photonuclear reaction can be used. The reaction products enable us to measure the quantity by non-destructive gamma ray detection. In this study the inclusive photonuclear reaction cross section are measured for application to transmutation of long-lived
129I by using bremsstralung photon.
