Abnormal axis deviation and deformities of QRS complex of V
1 in ECG were investigated by VCG. Left axis deviation in left ventricular hypertrophy was caused by left-postero-superior displacement of QRS loop in VCG, while that in healthy person was reflected by right-postero-superior location of the terminal portion of QRS loop. Right axis deviation in right ventricular hypertrophy was caused by right-antero-inferior displacement of QRS loop in VCG, but that in healthy person was reflected by right-postero-superior displacement of the terminal portion of QRS loop as well as left axis deviation. Late R, lage R/S ratio, notching S and small qrs in V
1 were divided into right ventricular hypertrophy, right bundle branch block and normal variant by means of VCG, and presented one criteria to incomplete right bundle branch block in ECG.
