    Containments of plasma is described on the basies of retarding the diffusion of plasma by the magnetic field. Especially, the lattice-like minimum-B field is proposed and the possibility of controlled thermonuclear fusion reaction is discussed for this system.
    The lattice-like minimum-B field is produced by the group of currents flowing along lines, which are parallel with the axes of Cartesian co-ordinate and are not intersected with each other. Plasmas are temporarily trapped in cells (vicinities of lattice point of B=0) which is systematically distributed in the system. Travelling of plasma trapped in the cell was treated as usual diffusion process among these cells. And when number of lattice point in the system is S3, the measure of fusion reaction λ which is equivalent to well known parameter nt for usual system, is improved in proportion to S-S2 in comparison with usual system having single trapping region.

    For the flute instabilities of a plasma in the presence of inhomogeneous electric field Eo (x) and a uniform magnetic field B, the Finite Gyro-Radius (F. G. R.) eigenvalue equation is derived on the basis of the simple guiding center picture with appropriate F. G. R. corrections. This is the same equation which Rosenbluth and Simon derived by using a formal expansion of the Viasov equations. Then, the stable condition is examined in the case of b2<<1, dVE/dx=const and k≡-dlnρ/dx-const, where ρ is the mass density, b2=B2/4πρc2 and VE=-cEo (x) /B, with the light velocity c. It is concluded that the presence of the inhomogeneous electric field always tend to destroy the F.G.R.stabilizing effect irrespective of the sign of dVE/dx.
