JOURNAL FREE ACCESS宇宙航空研究開発機構（JAXA）では，人工衛星やロケット等の開発，打上げ，運用に際し作業者だけでなく一般公衆も含む安全の確保やミッションの成功を確実にするため，様々な取り組みを実施している．本寄稿では，JAXAが職員を含む関係者に対し，開発や運用などの業務を行う際に必要となる安全や信頼性を確保するための基礎的な知識を習得するための研修制度の概要と具体例について紹介する．
