NGOs in Bangladesh are the most vibrant in the world, providing microcredit to some eight million poor, mostly women. The aim of the study is to know how the women perceived and evaluated the changes occurred in their lives after taking credit from microcredit and to see whether women who are members of microcredit program are more empowered than non-members. After collected data via a questionnaire that was conducted on a field study in Netrokona district in Bangladesh, the results indicate that microcredit has a significant positive impact on women’s empowerment.

In this study, the relationship between the occurrence position of the victim and the hazard map was analyzed for 404 victims of floods and sediment disasters from 2004 to 2017. 88% of the victims of sediment disasters died near sediment disaster dangerous sites, but 34% of flood disaster victims died near the inundation hazardous areas. As a result of analyzing the relationship between the flood disaster victims and the topography, 85% of the victims died in lowlands where there is a possibility of flooding. The landform classification map may be useful as a basic hazard map of flood disasters.

In the northern region of the Tianshan Mountains, flood damage from glacial lakes emerging・ floating in only 1 to several months called "short-lived glacier lakes" has been reported (Narama et al, 2010). The floodwaters from the glacial lake are generated through the ice tunnel developed in the debris zone including the ice on the front of the glacier, but the actual state of the development process, location, scale, opening and closing of the ice tunnels are almost unclear. Therefore, in this study, in order to grasp the position and size of the ice tunnel which makes a short-lived glacier lake appear, it carried out surveying of GPR (Ground Penetrating Radar) in the northern region of the Tianshan Mountains where the ice tunnel can be confirmed.

Introduction
Kusatsu Shiraneyama located in the Nasu volcanic zone, sulfur mines are juxtaposed and sprays containing sulfur are squirted (Sakamoto 1990). Along with the wastewater from the strongly acidic sulfur spring, there are also many drainage from the former sulfur mine around the mountain, and there are rivers where the Pb concentration in the river water exceeds the reference value (Tsuzuki et al., 2011). In this way, there are many subjects with high geological, geophysical and geochemical interests in the Kusatsu-Shirane volcano area. Even in the surrounding river water, we try to consider the factors of the water environment formation by grasping the water quality and clarifying the regional characteristics.
Conclusion
At Kusatsu Shirane volcano, due to its characteristic geology and volcanic activity, it was possible to grasp that large amounts of hot spring water and wastewater of strong acidity / high EC value originating from sulfur mine have a large influence on the surrounding river water. We will expand not only river water but also groundwater, hot spring water, precipitation and research subjects to water environment in general, analyze TOC and major dissolved components, and clarify characteristics of water environment in target area from general water quality .

Introduction
River water in the Asama volcanic area has different water quality characteristics depending on the direction from the mountain body, especially high EC value is observed at the east foot and the ratio of cations such as Na + and Mg 2 +, anions such as NO 3 - and SO 42 - Is high (Inokari et al. 2017), water quality peculiar to the volcanic area appears. We will try to examine the factors of water environment formation by clarifying the geological structure and land use for each surrounding area.
Conclusion
Both anthropogenic and naturally occurring substances have seasonal fluctuations due to fluctuations in precipitation, and in the target watershed, the natural influences of geological differences and volcanic activities originate from substances of artificial origin throughout the year The influence on the quality of the river water is greater for the substance to be treated. In the future, we will investigate the uppermost river basin, deepen the consideration of groundwater and clarify the origin of river water by isotope analysis together with general water quality.

Western Sri Lanka has a variety of threats to wetlands with increasing trend. There is growing pressure of various anthropogenic activities, alteration of wetland areas to agricultural land, and illegal human settlements around the wetland. This study uses remote sensing images of two time periods (during 2001-2016) and GIS to interpret the chronological, spatial data of the wetland landscape changes over the 15 years time span. Research result shows that the wetland system in this study area presents a trend of widely extent urban-rural situation with rapid land use changes of urban expansion and that different driving forces make a complicated pattern of this wetland ecosystem.

A spatial grid data set can be described as a spatial data set which contain categorical or continuous values at a gridded format. Accuracy of the data is shown by using measures such as overall, user's, and producer's accuracy when categorical values stored, and Root Mean Squared Error (rmse) and Pearson’s correlation coefficient when continous values stored. However as such measures are global and static indicators, it is difficult to demonstrate accuracy spatially. Therefore, the aim of this study is to extend accuracy measures of spatial grid data spatially under the assumption of Toblar’s first law. Recently many open data can be accessible, however those accuracy have not been paid attention to. As spatial variations of accuracy in the spatial grid data can be visualized, data users and producers are able to understand the accuracy of the data deeply.
