Appearance of television noise, which is converted from electric noise by scanning mechanism, is related to spatial frequency response of human vision.
Essentially, in the case of chromatic television noise appearance, we found that (y-b) channel has narrower bandwidth and a lower sensitivity at the low frequency range compared with (r-g) channel.
We found that the low frequency response of vision to brightness television noise has no flat, and proposed sweeped method as a simplified measurement that the relative frequency response to television noise is shown intuitive.
