    To see the condition of the defacement of skiing-wax, so far we have measured it through the difference of the amount of wax put on ski before and after skiing, but it is found that the remained amount of wax can be measured through “oil-dissoluble-radioactive-element” (S35).
    According to the result of this research as the defacement of skiing-wax can be seen exactly any time any where during skiing without taking off the film of wax, the method of measuring the influence of the snow condition, skiing distance, air temperature and the water content of snow on the defacement of wax, and the relation of the hardness of wax and viscoelastic property with the defacement of skiing wax has been established.
    The distribution of the elasticity and proper hardness of ski is also known through this measurement.
