In order to identify the localization of GH, ACTH and PRL, nineteen pituitary adenomas were studied by immunohistochemical methods. The presence of immunoreactive GH and PRL correlated well with clinical history and serum levels.Many PRL cells were seen in the tissues of thirteen cases. Most of the cases showed amenorrhea or galactorrhea with hyperprolactinemia. From the symptoms, these cases were diagnosed as prolactinoma. Four out of nineteen cases presented acromegaly with many GH cells, showing that these cases can be diagnosed as the GH producing pituitary adenomas. It was also found that these GH cells were mostly acidphil. In two cases, immunoreactive cells were not seen. These two, therefore, were considered to be adenoma of hypopituitarism. The results demonstrated that immunohistochemical staining was the most accurate morphological method and useful diagnostic features.

Seit Descartes hat die neuere Philosophie die Systematisierung des Wissens gesucht. Und um das Wissen zum System zu erheben, braucht man ein Prinzip. Fichte setzt als das Prinzip in keine in sich Mannigfaltigkeit enthaltende Identitat, die, da sie das Andere nicht hat, das absolute Ich genannt. Aber es ist auch klar, daB es etwas Bestimmtes gibt. Deshalb fugt er als das zweite Prinzip das der Differenz (Negation) hinzu. Die beiden stehen sich gegenuber, und dann Fichte synthesiert sie in dem drittem Prinzip (Grundsatz). Diese Konzept der Prinzipien wurde Urmodell des deutschen Idealismus. Schellings Philosophie stellt dar "Identitaphilosophie". Und Hegel definiert das Absolute als "Identitat der Identitat und Nicht-Identitat". Die Schwierigkeit dieser Gedankenart in deutschen ldealismus liegt offenbar darin : Wie geht die Differenz und Negation von der Identitat heraus? Das ist das schwierigste Problem aller Idealisten. Hier wird behandelt der Zusammenhang des Ich und des Nicht-Ich durch die Analyse der Grundsatze in Fichtes "Grundlage der gesammten Wissenschaftslehre".

The paper reports the latest finding in a series of studies on the frequency and distributions of the main mineral components and nitrogen conteind in the Welsh onion which is called Yakkonegi cultivated in Kochi prefecture. 1.The chemical analycis of components in Yakkonegi show normal distributions for calcium, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, nitrogen and water, while the distribution for iron, sodium were logarithm-normal. 2.The main mineral components was different by harvesting season, growing process and piece. 3.As a result of examining correlations between every elements, a positive correlations between phosphrus and potassium in winter sample was very high. A positive correlations between nitrogen and potassium in autumn sample. A positive correlations beteen potassium and phosphrus, beteen nitrogen and potassium in middle of growing. There were two correlations; one was between magnesium and phosphrus, the ther between sodium and calcium. Every sample between sodium and calcium had negative correlations. High correlations was found at the part of leaves which had high life activety.
