This study reported the meeting of nutritional education program which was presented by a company at a meeting for their employees as one of the methods of health promotion. At first, a dietician presented healthy dietary habits using a food model as a visual tool. During this session, the subjects took part in a quiz of regarding nutritional behavior. Then, using the group working method, the subjects chose dishes they would consume with alcohol when eating out. The subjects were divided into groups of 3-5 people, and the dietician provided them with dietary advice. Many participants were satisfied with this program because the contents were useful and pertinent to their everyday lives. In this study, we suggested that a meeting to provide nutritional education in a workplace setting had a positive effect to motivate employees to consider their own eating habits.
