The absence rate of experts (national registered dietitian / dietician) is high; 64.9% at corporate feeding facilities. This research was conducted to develop an evaluation tool for feeding business administration that can be utilized even if there is no expert at the corporate feeding facilities and verify the effectiveness. We created the proposed evaluation tool with 4-level evaluation criteria based on opinions obtained from persons in charge and departmental experts that manage the feeding facilities and literature search results, targeting 1 company and 17 facilities, and then We adjusted it after the trial use. From FY2009 to FY2015, the annual evaluation and its result were fed back. The tool was evaluated based on the secular change of the evaluation results and post-questionnaire for tool users. As a result, a series of processes were smoothly operated, and the evaluation results showed significant improvement with age. In addition, all questionnaire respondents evaluated the tool as effective. We created the evaluation tool for feeding business administration that could be utilized at corporate feeding facilities where experts were often absent.
