We examine a model in which the Yukawa coupling form is constructed by two kinds of matrix (M_0 and M_1) such as the SO(10) GUT model with the 10 and 126 Higgs scalars. We study how this model can give the observed mass and mixings of quarks and leptons.

In this talk we discuss the prospects of studying gravitino in future colliders. We show that, if the gravitino is the lightest supersymmetric particle, one might be able to discover the gravitino at colliders, thereby proving the existence of the supergravity in nature. This talk is based on the works[1,2].

A brief review is presented for experimental and theoretical status of pentaquarks. After introducing LEPS experiment, recent null experiments will be mentioned. Then we discuss some theoretical attempts of the chiral soliton model, quark model and QCD approaches. Some reactions are also considered for the production of &omius;^+ and for the determination of the parity of &omius;^+.

We investigated the effects of low lying fermion modes on the QCD partition function in the ε-regime. Using the overlap Dirac operator we calculate several tens of low lying fermion eigenvalues on the quenched lattice and compare their distribution with the theoretical predictions given by Leutwyler and Smilga. The fermion determinant is partially incorporated using the truncated determinant approximation.

In this talk, we discuss the senario of big-bang nucleosynthesis (BBN) with late-decaying exotic particles with lifetime longer than 〜 0.1 sec. In the early universe, with such a late-decaying particle, predictions of the standard BBN scenario can be significantly altered. Compared with observation therefore, we can derive constraints on its primordial abundance. We pay particular attention to hadronic decay modes of such particles. We see that the non-thermal production process of D, ^3He and ^6Li provides a stringent upper bound on the primordial abundance of late-decaying particles.

It is shown that hypothetical neutrino-majoron coupling can suppress neutrino flavor oscillations in the early universe, in contrast to the usual weak interaction case. This reopens a window for a noticeable cosmological lepton asymmetry which is forbidden for the large mixing angle solution in the case of standard interactions of neutrinos.
