We suggest that soft gamma ray repeater(SGR) fill up a missing ring between the double neutron star(NS) systems and high mass X-ray binaries(HMXBs). Processes of the planet formation after supernova(SN) explosion of C-O star in the close binary, inducing episodic accretions onto a NS as the activities of SGR, are investigated. We also consider the possibilty that these stellar systems become the dark matter in the extended halo of our galaxy. The matter ejection from the system due to SN explosion induces the high peculiar velocity of this system ≃ 10^3kms^<-1>. Some ejecta are trapped to form a disk around a companion old NS. Planetesimals with typical mass ≃ 10^<21>g are formed at 10^<12>cm. The planet formation can trigger activities of SGR after the migration time t_<mig> ≃ 10yr. These systems with high velocity can disperse in the extended halo. If these HMXB systems are formed in dense spheroidal systems at the galaxy forming phase, there are more than 10^7 old neutron stars and planets in the extened halo (≃ 100kpc). We believe that these old neutron stars become gamma ray bursts and these planets are observed as MACHOs.

We propose to include a new correction term, the gravitational time delay effect caused by a star between the observer and the pulsar, in the analysis of pulsar timing observation. This effect appears in the form of ln(1+t^2), whose amplitude directly connects to the mass of the star. When the residuals of the time of arrival have a positive hump, it is worthwhile re-analyzing the data by including this correction term in the existing models. The analysis of this effect will not only help to stabilize the the pulsar time, but also provide a new way to determine the mass of a star and MACHOs directly. When the mass of a star(MACHOs) is 1M_&sodot;(0.1M_&sodot;) and the observation accuracy is 100 ns and the observation period is 10 years, the possibility of detecting this effect is the order of one hundredth.

QCD suggests that gluons in the nucleon play an important role in so-called "the proton spin problem". In this talk, the behavior of the polarized gluon distri- bution in the nucleon is discussed by using the positivity condition of distribution functions together with the unpolarized and polarized experimental data.
