A review of basic principles of CP violation is given in terms of unitarity triangles. Using this formalism, it is shown why B meson decays, exhibit large CP violation in the standard model.

Decay rate asymmetries of the top quark and the top squark are discussed within the framework of the supersymmetric standard model. We found that the asymmetries reach of order 10^<-3>.

We present quenched lattice results for f_B at β = 5.7,5.9, and 6.1 employing NRQCD action for heavy quark and clover action for light quark. We observed that the dependence of f_B on lattice spacing a is significantly reduced by including mixing effect at O(α_s) for lattice axial vector current. In the quenched approximation we find f_B = 0.162(16) [GeV], f_B, = 0.190(17) [GeV], and f_B,/f_B = 1.18(6). These are preliminary.

We report on an attempt to get an effective low-energy theory (action) with respect to light degrees of freedom, starting from a fundamental theory with heavy particles, invoking to "Wilsonian renormalization" method. As a first step, we calculate the part of the action, which is relevant for the ρ-parameter in two models. We argue that utilizing the "Wilsonian" method makes it possible to evade the appearance of non-local operators to describe the ρ-parameter and also makes the decoupling phenomenon of heavy particles manifest in the model where such decoupling is clearly expected.

We examine whether parameters related to Higgs sector of the minimal supersymmetric standard model can be determined by detailed study of the production cross section and decay branching ratios of the Higgs boson. Assuming that only the light Higgs boson is observed at a future e^+e^- linear collider with √<s>=350GeV, we show that values of m_<susy> and tanβ are restricted within narrow region in the m_<susy> versus tanβ plane. It is also pointed out that, in some case, tanβ may be restricted to a relatively low value, tanβ = 1〜5.
