Centrifugal effect for adsorption of Chlamydia trachomatis was studied in HeLa-229 cells with TE-55 strain of Chlamydia trachomatis. Previous authors had been used relatively strong centrifugal force, 900-2700xg for adsorption of Chlamydia trachomatis. However, centrifugation of 430xg for 1 hour was enough for adsorption of the agent and got almost the same results of 2700xg centrifugation. Efficiency of adsorption with 430xg centrifugation for 1 hour at 4°C was about 30 times higher than stationary adsorption at 4°C, or room temperature for 1 hour, and 10 times higher than at 37°C.
