Offshore development has increased in the world of IT industry. In offshore development, it is the greatest advantage to obtain a large amount of cheap man powers easily. However, project assuming the offshore includes various problems in quality side. Brush-up must be necessary for optimization inducement of development control. But this method is very efficient to cope with quality assurance in offshore development.

Enterprise integration is a noteworthy event which has great social impact. Especially merger of main IT systems of enterprises is associated with high project risks. It is important issues for not only the enterprises but also for the SI vendors to ensure quality and achieve stable performance of the merged IT system. This paper reviews quality management from planning to result of IT system merger in enterprise integration as an example of quality management method in the development of large-scale IT system.

The high quality is often demanded by the quick turn as SI requirement for mission-critical system (MC system at the following) construction now. In such a requirement, it exists a lot when the project manager/development worker's securing difficultly constructs the system of the project by a new worker. Moreover, contract development and a local, decentralized development by two or more companies are done, and the climate union is also difficult in the project. In such a background, I introduce the approach of the person valuing management done as one of the means to do the MC system construction by doing the climate creation that does what should pay attention to person's doing, and be done.

Agile development takes an iterative development approach to respond to changes quickly, that is compared with Waterfall development method which emphasizes plans and processes. This paper proposes an adaptive and iterative development how to utilize advantages of Agile development to manage projects. This paper introduces how to adopt the Agile development method to the project management factors which are used in the actual projects, those are conform to PMBOK knowledge area. This method was applied to the actual project to achieve the business objectives and verified the effectiveness with the result, in addition to the enhancement of the customer relationship.
