This research is a study of the systematic method to improve the ability of the project team member and improve the project achievement. This paper described consideration about a "Self Management Process", and this paper studied the validity of the mental training as help of "Self Management Process". According to Prof. Robert L. Katz, in the general organization, whenever the hierarchy of the manager rises with director - manager - senior manager, the importance of the expert skill is decreasing and the importance of human skill and conceptual skill are increasing. In the Japanese IT project, the role of project manager is similar with the organizational manager. Therefore, this study researched that the human skill of the project manager was higher than other types of job. In this study we analyzed communication skill data of ITSS (IT skill standard) survey. As a result, the communication skills of project managers are higher than other job categories.

In recent years, the importance of stakeholder management in the field of IT project is increasing. Success of the project is determined by the factor depending on whether or not able to perform the project smoothly by maintaining good relations with stakeholders in many cases. On the other hand, IT project managers rely on the competence of the individual such as communication skills. As one of the solutions, Tokio Marine & Nichido Systems is applying the Future Center. As well as to report on the case, I will consider the suitable subject and timing and theme of the Future Center in the IT field in this paper.

Recently, instead of water fall development, agile development has become the center of attention. In this paper, it analyzes about the effect on the inside of the organization on the topic of the first project to adopt agile development by FIP. A hypothesis is built up that the method of communication and leadership becomes important by agile development, and the methodology of "scrum" was adopted. As a result, "Self-leadership", "Organizational learning", and "Self-organization" were attained. The big growth as an individual and a team was able to be obtained through agile development.
