The dry bearing with the self-lubricating is mainly used under the condition of which the lubrication by usual oil is impossible. In this experiment, form under the dry condition of the lubrication of Cu-Sn-C(graphite) sintered material in which the graphite quantity differs and effect of the graphite quantity were examined. As the result, it was proven that graphite addition to sintered material was effective for the frictional wear, and the fact by the graphitic dosage was proven.

Recently, there is a remarkable thing in the woman's social advancement. A female student was on the increase year by year, and the education fitted to the female student's point of view was necessary as for the department of civil engineering. And, you must grapple with the improvement of a method to bring up for the humanity which has necessary cooperation, a sense of responsibility and drive as a woman technician so that to bring up rich talented people based on the society background. Questionnaire investigation for the female student of 1th-5th grade of the department of civil engineering was carried out, and this thesis analyzed the present condition, and put about the development of the way of guiding future surveying education together.

There are many Pi pulsations in magnetosphere. We think that the magnetospheric cavity resonance process is affected by the change in the Alfven speed distribution. We carry out the numerical calculation to make sure our ideas in one dimensional model. We calculate the frequency characteristics of the MHD Responses of the magnetosphere to the magnetopause perturbations in the magnetosphere. And we concluded that the eigen-frequency and amplitudes of the cavity modes are influenced by the averaged Alfven speed.

The molecular weight of a mixed gas has been classified as one of the most important experimental subjects for the first grade students in the Kisarazu National College of Technology, because they can learn the property of gas as well as the meaning of mole. Recently, it has been found that the average molecular weight of the mixed gas obtained from a gas lighter bomb, which contains propane and butane, scatters in a considerably wide range. A study showed that the average molecular weight depends on the weight of the gas bomb, that is the weight of gas left. It is obvious that either one of two components is likely to evaporate due to the difference of vapor pressure. This paper shows how a new gas mixture such as air is adopted to eliminate intrinsic errors as in the case of the gas mixture of propane and butane, and also discuss on some subjects to be solved, comparing with the former method.

There seems to be no reliable standard in the teaching of productive vocabulary in communication-oriented English teaching in Japan nowadays. Many of word lists have put basis on frequency, which has been getting more and more precise along the developments of computer corpora, but many researchers have pointed at the deficiency of frequency-based word lists; frequent words are often low in information content. The author of this paper thinks Basic English word list might be useful as one of communication strategies in English classes because of its small size of vocabulary, which means availability to our mind, and its power of coverage, when we study 'Things' and 'Qualities' of the word list. He suggests that they are much more useful than its phrasal verbs and composite predicates in English Classes.

"Humanity and Technology" is a required course for third year students in the Social Studies curriculum of the kisarazu National College of Technology. This course is paired with the "Society and Technology" course also offered during the third year. One of the intentions of this course is to expose students to different aspects of technology which have ethical implications for society. It is also hoped that through such exposure to technological advances, most notably seen in the medical sciences, that students will have an opportunity to consider these issues and their own personal viewpoints concerning them. During the past two years, students enrolled in this course were required to submit reports (approximately 6 per year) regarding the various topics discussed. Topics for these reports included surrogate motherhood, in-vitro testing for birth defects and genetic problems, and in-vitro fertilization, to name a few. These reports not only gave the students an avenue for expressing their own opinions regarding these somewhat controversial yet ethical topics, but also provided an opportunity for them to practice essay writing. Evaluation of the students' writing also was conducted and used in final grade assessment.

The fishing rod is an important tool in leisure sports of the fishing, and the behavior of the rod is an important point of the fishing. The rod becomes the leading part in the fishing-shows held every year, and changes in the rods are of interest to fishermen and researchers and developers of rods. Although changes are carefully watched the classifications and kinds of the rods, and the dimensions and forms of the rods are not well known. This is fundamental information for the fishermen and the researchers and the developers. So, this paper reports the classification of the rods were made and the kinds and properties of the rods indicated in the catalog and their changes were researched.
