The main activity of Environment committee is the publication of Environmental Management Report and the enlightenment about the environment to the colleges and the students, We measured the tempereture and the humidity of the class room in Education Building to consider about the operation of the air conditioning. As a result, the southern class room was hotter than the northern class room. In the class room, the thermal difference is occurred between the side of the corridor and the window. Therefore,we proposed the optimum decisio of the preset temperature and the operation of the air conditioning.

Department of Computer and Information Engineering renewed the educational computer system of the information circuit laboratory in March 2009. As a result, each student has been able to monopolize one system that two or three students formerly shared. Moreover, this system provides in the same computer environment as the computer exercise room by using VMware Player.

The reservoir was constructed artificially. Recently, the number of reservoirs has decreased with urbanization and the development of the surrounding. Development depraves the water quality by the inflow and the illegal disposal of earth and sand. Moreover, the discharge of the exoticism is a serious problem in the pond ecosystem. The present study clarifies what surrounding spectacle and relation the biodiversity of the reservoir keeps. Moreover, the present study examines maintenance of the reservoir, various managing natural environment, and relations with the person.

As Japanese learners/teachers of English as a foreign language, we are often faced with questions such as "What English vocabularies should we learn/teach?" or "How can we acquire/teach English vocabularies effectively?" The author has proposed new methods using computers for English vocabulary analysis and for effective teaching of English vocabularies to Japanese learners of English. In this study, computer programs which could quickly analyze English vocabularies were developed and trial runs were conducted in order to see their effectiveness. These programs were created using shell scripts and run under Linux. The specific purposes of this study were to speed up English vocabulary analysis using computers, then to make these programs capable of processing great deals of text data, and finally to develop programs which could help English teachers in making teaching materials. Through this study,10 programs were developed for English vocabulary analysis as well as five for the creation of teaching materials. As the results of our test runs show, these programs succeeded in the speeding up of the processing time for vocabulary analysis and development of teaching materials as well as making it possible to handle large quantities of text data more efficiently.

Microeconomics has a long history, and it is originated in the Adam Smith's insight, which is so called "invisible hand of God".However, it took much time to formulate and analyze microeconomic models explicitly. This is because it was very difficult to realize the market mechanism in which the prices of goods and the supply and demand control each other automatically. One of the most important break-through was the idea of P.A.Samuelson. He formulated the process of controlling prices and (excessive) demands as a sort of self-excited systems. Based on the models like this, various properties of market mechanism such as the efficiency, the existence, the uniqueness and the stability of general equilibium have been clarified in terms of mathematics (including analysis in many variables, dynamical systems and differential topology) in the letter half of 20th century. This paper is aimed to generalize the sufficient conditions to guarantee the local stability of general equilibrium in case of pure exchange economy (with no production or consumption). Through the arguments in this paper, the importance of linear algebra in microeconomics should be illustrated.

A few problems in education of engineering ethics at spreading phase were discussed. Teachers who are responsible to education of engineering ethics should be educated in engineering, but they do not need to be aducated in ethics. Since engineering ethics and ethics have quite different orientations, ethics as human science do not need to be taught at the course of engineering ethics. The goal of education of engineering ethics is not to train commentators nor analysts of engineering ethics, but to train engineers with appropriate judgment. Students sometimes act like prosecutors in case study,so teachers should awake students to the risk that it is possible for everyone to do immoralities. While cases can be classified roughly into determinate type and conflict type, most cases which engineers face are determinate type. Consequently it is effective to concentrate educational resources on determinate type.
