Tuberculous calcified foci was analysed for thecontents of calcium, magnesium, phosphorus and other elements.
Sample was immersed into concentrated nitric acid overnight, then was treated on a water-bath, with occasionally added fuming nitric acid and 30% hydrogen peroxide. Perfectly oxidised colourless clear solution was dried up and analysed with 160V-6 Acontinuous arc on a Hilger E-2 type spect ograph, using 56 6 carbon or copper electrode.
Results are discussed qualitatively considering on the adequate condition of quantitative analysis.
