ジャーナル フリー民宿地域に対する地理学的研究では、観光地化のインパクトと地域構造との相互作用として観光地化プロセスの分析が行われており、その中で個々の民宿経営体は余り考慮されていなかった。そのために観光地化の時代的制約・変化が一面的に捉えられていた。その問題点を解消するための分析視角として、経営体内部の民宿開業の潜在的可能性(内的要因)、地域外からのインパクト(外的要因)、地域の構造(条件)の3つの要素を設定し、観光地化プロセス研究の一段階として民宿の展開過程を明らかにすることを試みた。本稿では従来断片的に指摘されていた民宿開業の要因が時代的に変化・消長する中で民宿が展開していることが明らかとなった。抄録全体を表示PDF形式でダウンロード (1077K) -

ジャーナル フリーAlthough it is essential for the development of planning of tourist resorts to have more knowledge of the characteristics of pedestrian behavior of tourists, not very much research has been done yet. In this report, the results of a review of literature in this field are presented and subsequently examined from the 'logic of tourism' - point of view. By doing so, I will try to indicate topics and directions of future research in this field. These can be summarized as follows: 1)There is a need to accumulate more knowledge in this field. 2)Development of a research methodology. 3)More qualitative analysis is needed on how characteristics of the spatial structure determine pedestrian behavior. 4)The results of research should be used more in future planning of tourist resorts.抄録全体を表示PDF形式でダウンロード (1214K) -

ジャーナル フリーAbout 500.000 hill tribe people are living in the mountain areas of the northern part of Thailand, and the number of foreign trekkers to hill tribe villages has been increasing annually since late 1960s. This trekking tour has some negative impacts on their life and culture, while it gives them a considerable amount of economic benefits.
