The purpose of this study is to measure and to analyze the effect of the stress relief which is caused by long-term stay in a spa resort through the experiment by the easy measurement method. We analyzed stress marker which are obtained from saliva. We collected saliva from the participants, elderly women, one time a day, in the morning, and ten days total including a day before the trip and a day after the trip. As a result, it was found that the effect of the stress relief is caused by long-term stay and suggested the possibility of the disease prevention and the health promotion of the travel. The effectiveness of the group analysis based on subject's mental health status was confirmed, and we found its trend is different in one on short-term trip we investigated before. There is possibility to propose the travel type according to the characteristics of subjects.
