Recently the number of enterprises which have aimed at improvement have increased. However, the rise of customer satisfaction does not necessarily yield the increase of sales. The reason is that the research on the effect of customer satisfaction to sales is insufficient. So we must clarify the relationship to prove the effectiveness of CS activity. Seicnce "repurchase" is one of the factors that connect sales with satisfaction, we must seek relationship between repurchase and satisfaction. In this study we do a survey and clarify the relationship between repurchase and satisfaction. from the result of it. We suggest some conditions for customers to buy the products again. To increase repurchase we should raise satisfaction index of psychological factor for the customers whose overall satisfaction level is high. The rise of maker's name value is an important factor to rises intention of repurchase.

One of the fundamental approaches in problem solving in TQM activities is the statistical method;however, if the data received from the field is not reliable, it is emerged that the analysis itself becomes a meaningless performance. In order to utilize the statistical method effectively, it is considered to be a prerequisite to set fundamental conditions such as reliability, maintainability and operability of equipment, as well as to provide conditions of conforming products, by adding maintenace and safety training to those who are involved with the equipment. Not only at the manufacturing stage but also at the design and pilot production stage as well, development starting from providing conditions of conforming products based upon the "design and pilot production QC process chart" makes it possible for effective operation of pilot mass production and management of early circulating in the field. Besides, it would be extremely difficult to perform analysis based upon statistical methods, unless quality record and a structure of accountability, as is represented in ISO9000, are not well facilitated. The objectives of this thesis are to present measures focusing on the utmost utilization of the set-up conditions and the strengthening of condition management in the QC process chart in order to provide conditions of conforming products and to propose the 5-leveled steps for its realization. In addition, the 5-leveled steps for providing conditions of conforming products at K Company will be investigated, and the effectiveness gained by applying the framework presented in this thesis will be indicated to help verifying its appropriateness.
