    The third party certification system based on the management system standard has been established for the quality, the environment, the information security, and the occupational health & safety of the organization. The organization constructs the management system that conforms these requirements to use this system, and is managing. In the organization, the certification of not only a specific management system but also some management systems might be done. However, the operational management of these management systems might be separately done, and such a method is not preferable. Because an effective, efficient operational management becomes possible because it integrates these management systems, the idea and the method of integrating the management systems are editorial.

    The Joto Central Hospital acquired IS09001 and BS7799 in 2003 and performed an action of the medical quality improvement. However, we were not able to manage two management systems effectively. We examined the structure which integrated two management systems with a base by a quality management system in the medical field.

    NIHON DENGYO KOSAKU CO. LTD (DENGYO) has been certificated by the third party for the quality management system and the environmental management system. Our company has implemented for operation of the ISO secretariat, the committee, the management review, the internal audit, and the third party audit for these management systems and a separate organization has managed. However, our company decided these management systems to be integrated to achieve the system of a common business of these management systems that management was able to be done from the aspect of management uniformly. Therefore, our company executed the unification of the ISO secretariat, and established strengthening the management system and an effective of the management system. Moreover, our company reviewed the business to integrate the quality management system and the environmental management system at each unit. As a result, the construction of an effective and efficient management system was able to be achieved by these an individual process's becoming clear, and being made visible. It introduces our feature activity concerning the integration of the quality management system and the environmental management system.

    It was thought that our company executed the integration of QMS and EMS because the correspondences of ISO9001 and ISO14001 requirements improve. Therefore, it became possible to integrate these management systems easily. The business plan of the organization is contained, and progressed with all the management elements regardless of the quality or the environment, We are obtaining the result by having made a simple, comprehensible integrated manual using the term on business used without using the term used with ISO to integrate QMS with EMS based on this idea. This report includes the feature of these activities to integration.

    Under the above title, what kind of assessment technique are needed for the useful assessment is investigated analyzing the accumulated assessments results. The results are concerned with what should be done in the stage of preparation and the way of efforts to improvement of assessment technique. As resume, 1) Evaluation method to find the strong or weak points of the assessed management system 2) Define the worried subject of weak points which the detected weak points and "FMEA on assessment process" make clear 3) Make a preparation process for the assessment, making the "assessment scenario" considering the possible counter measure Additionally, the relation between QMS/EMS and the organization's management system, and the function of the ISO9001 standard and ISO14001 standard in the assessment activity are added.

    In order to prevent the error occurrence in the downstream process, review activities in the upstream process has been gained recognition for software development lifecycle. Number of reviews conducted and resources invested are growing gradually. Therefore, it is remained as issues that need to establish productive review method. In this paper, we proposed techniques to set up entry and exit criteria of review by using Dimensional Coordinate. Then the continuously improving method of review checklist by using statistical tools like control chart are described. As a result of the real case application with the techniques recommended in this paper, improvement of tolerance level of Dimensional Coordinate, review cost, and time zone shift investigated for inspection in entire lifecycle are recognized. Products Quality is gradually improved. Thus the validity of the proposed method was proved.
