This report was presented at symposium of 20th Kanto-Tokyo Radiation Technological congress in fall of 1973. In this report was disscussed all parts of cholecystography techniques. This report was based on question and answer from 45 hospitals and clinics in Kanagawa prefecture. Main abstract are below : Abdomen simple X-raygraphy is most important value in precholecyst examination. Anatomical position of gall bladder is situated L-2 to L-3 in stand position, and L-1 to L-3 in prone position. Gall bladders is moved 4〜5 cm to prone position from stand position. In general cholecystograpy positioning is used a oblique position, oblique position is need increasing tube voltage to eachangle, 1 kVp to 10 degree, 3〜4 kVp to 20 degree, 6〜7 kVp to 30 degree. Constraction test is need kinetic study of gall bladder. Cholecysto Tomograpy is useful remove disturbance image (gas, lumbar etc) dissolve test of oral contrast medium is performed in each pH solutions, one tablet is not disolve in any acid solutions. X-ray protection is important problems in cholecystography, 60 percent patients is female therefore take care to exposure of gonad, must be care to limit of field size and must be use combination of high sensitive screen and film, high sensitive combinations is possible to reduce 1/4〜1/5 exposure dose.
