The use of the digital computer for the solution of dynamic system analysis has expanded rapidly in the past years.
The DDS (Digital Dynamics Simulator) is a program in which the digital computer is operated like an analog computer. The application of this technique for HIPAC 103 is described in this report. In this program, the run specification and block diagram informations are given to the computer by a numerical table. It takes about 5 to 20 minutes to calculate the response depending on the complexity of the systems.
The speed of the digital computer is increasing rapidly, so, these techniques will be used successfully for the control engineers in obtaining the time response solution of linear, nonlinear, multivariable and or complex control systems.
