This essay is one which has made the phylogenic analysis about the moral of librarian and the head of social education.
     From the main factor of the aboves, a number of propositions about the profession moral on the librarian can be picked up, as the conclusion, as follows;
     1. Librarian shows satisfaction at factor 3 and shows dissatisfaction at factor 24. While the head of social education shows the satisfaction with factor 13 and dissatisfaction at factor 12. Therefore, librarian's professional satisfaction has to be said as lower than that of the head of social education on the whole.
     2. In the region of motivation moral, the one which is the lowest in its satisfactory degree is an opportunity of desire and research study for the technique and knowledge as the professional work needed for the professional advancement system as the personal desire as well as for the self-enlightment. On the contrary, one with high satisfactory degree has professional fascination being regarded as stabilized wants.
     3. In the hygiene moral region, one with the lowest satisfactory degree is a problem involved not only in such a material conditions as facilities and equipment, but also in such a working conditions as physical and mental fatigue.
Those two factors can be pointed out as the most important obstacle, for the time being, in performing the actual duties.
     4. The moral is composed of following genics, but factor I acts as the most important role as forming the factor of moral when comparing with factor II & III.
      General genic Profession moral
      The first genic Team work
      The second genic Management valuation
The third genic Being worth working
This means that the factor of human relations as the professional dissatisfaction still occupies the big share, but this must be understood considering the supplement propositions that the factor covering the “Repletion of duty” has a tendency of becoming big in its importance toward future. (This can be said from the comparison analysis of genic score)
     5. According to the genic score of objective attribute, the moral standard of librarian is extemely low, and the moral difference can be understood as one which depends on the satisfactory degree against genic I, II and III.
     6. As the general conclusion, one which stipulates the moral is presumed that the importance will gradually move to professional repletion.
Especially, in case of librarian, expansion of duty as “Professional work of social education” becomes the proposition of being an important.
Managerial leadership style and managerial content which will give a big influence to the self-realization as the professional may become the important subject of moral research in the future.
At the same time, as it is nowadays that the “Life education” is now being advocated, how the citizen's demand for the social education and library services will change in the future is presumed to be involved largely in the changes of professional moral of presonnels, it is indirectly, though.

While the study of reading in American librarianship before the establishment of the Graduate Library School at the University of Chicago was confined to the study of library circulation, the development of this study in education in 1920' was remarkable. The Reading Interests and Habits of Adults, by Prof. W. S. Gray, University of Chicago, is a successful summary of those studies in education.
John Dewey of the same University exerted a great influence upon the development of the study of reading by his interest theory. The professors of sociology of that institution, such as Louis Wirth and W. F. Ogburn, gave also no less impulse to that study.
“First year activities of the G.L.S,Univ. of Chic.” by D. Waples mentioned some studies on this theme; he reported studies on adult reading and children's reading in 1928-30.
In their What People Want to Read About, Waples and R. Tyler studied the relationship between the social groups and their reading, interests. Using a “list of social group—subject interests relations,” a librarian can foresee the interested social groups for a certain book, and prepare reading materials of much interest for a certain reader.
Waples studied also the relationship between the reading interest and actual reading statistically, and found that the reading interest moves into actual reading only when the Readability and Accessibility of reading materials are adequate. By the similar study Leon Carnovsky indicated the importance of Advertising in this relationship.
The content analysis put forward by Waples, Berelson and Bradshaw describes and evaluates a book by its effects on the reader, such as instrumental, prestige, reinforcement, aesthetic and respite effects.
