    Before extraction and puncture of RA, bloodstream evaluation of the hand by the Allen's test is surely performed. Although the Allen's test was the longtime traditional technique, since it was subjective strictly, we thought that an objective method was required. This time, we examined the Snuff Box method using a bloodstream inversion phenomenon being seen in distal RA of Snuff Box by using Color Doppler method, after pressing RA. As a result of examination, since the degree of Doppler incidence angle in the Snuff Box method had few errors within 20 degrees it was thought that the direction of a bloodstream and a flow velocity were exact. Moreover, since the flow velocity after pressing RA was almost the same as the flow velocity after extraction of RA, the bloodstream state of the hand after extraction of RA could be predicted before the operation. We thought that the Snuff Box method could be evaluated objective compared with the Allen's test.
