ジャーナル 認証ありIn this paper, optimal sampling inspection plans with AOQL are studied by determining the optimal compressed limit. The model of this problem is formulated by mathematical programming with the objective function given by average total inspected of three variables; sampling plan (n, c) and the compressed limit S_U', subject to a given value of AOQL0. To find the optimal value of SU', Lagrange multiplier method is used as a heuristic approach, and some tables of the sampling plans are given showing average total inspected can be less than one fifth of the conventional ones.抄録全体を表示PDF形式でダウンロード (576K) -

ジャーナル 認証ありThe authors extracted five fundamental principles of fool proofs from many examples. These are "elimination", "substitution", "facilitation", "detection of errors" and "relaxation of effects". In this article and next one, authors discuss how to apply them to actual problems in manufacturing. This article deals with the fool proof methods to prevent human errors by "substitution" and "facilitation". Human errors are classified into three qroups, that is, errors in memories, errors in perceptions and errors in motions. Practical application of these two principles are investigated on each of three groups. These are
(a) link, directions and records, regularization, grouping, calling attention, reducing and shortenning memory.
(b) mechanization, samples and gauges, unification and symmetrization, matching, specialization, labeling, proper indication.
