ジャーナル 認証ありThe article introduces the Komatsu cases concerning TQM & QC training held in the overseas subsidiaries. As the business has expanded worldwide, the overseas production base has been built accordingly. The assigned Komatsu employees at overseas plants have taken the initiative in establishing the employees training system to secure the quality of products and production volume. Through two big business structural reforms, conducted from 2001 through 2006, Komatsu has regenerated. The principles of Komatsu's strength and beliefs have been defined as the KOMATSU Way, which shall be shared among the all Komatsu employees. Komatsu keeps working on developing programs and infrastructure and giving advice for employees' career development. One of the Komatsu's strengths must be the employee's dynamic capabilities. ジャーナル 認証あり本論文では,計測システムにおけるSN比の同等性の検定を提案する.一般に,タグチメソッドでは,そのシステムを比尺度かつ正値データをもとに,ゼロ点比例式を想定する.このとき,誤差分布として,尺度分布族の1つである逆ガウス型分布を仮定すれば,SN比の同等性の検定は,分布の変動係数のそれに一致する.ここでは,分散安定化変換を用いた等変動係数性の検定手法を提案し,検定のサイズと検出力を検証した.その結果,検定は,保守的であり十分な大きさの検出力を持つことが示された.抄録全体を表示PDF形式でダウンロード (664K) -

ジャーナル 認証あり近年,医療の質・安全に注目が集まっており,病院におけるサービスの質保証に関する取組が活発に行われている.製品・サービスの質を保証するためには,適切なプロセスを設計した上で,プロセス管理計画による管理を行う必要がある.日常業務のように一定の内容を繰り返し行うような業務では,標準的なプロセス管理計画であるプロセス管理標準を準備しておき,適宜アレンジしながら用いるのが合理的である.プロセス管理計画を設計し記述するための代表的なツールとして,QC工程表があるが,その構成要素や作成方法は体系的に整理されていない.本研究では,病院における日常業務のプロセス管理標準を設計するための方法論を提案することを目的とする.プロセス管理に関する概念を整理し,適切なプロセス管理標準を合理的に設計する方法を提案する.提案法では,当該業務における品質目標を展開し,品質目標を達成するためのプロセス管理標準を,計6つの手順で設計する.A病院検査部における採血業務に提案法を適用し,採血業務に関するプロセス管理標準を設計する.設計したプロセス管理標準を既存の業務マニュアルや運用システムと比較することで,提案法の有用性を検証する.抄録全体を表示PDF形式でダウンロード (2798K)

ジャーナル 認証ありソフトウェア開発を成功させる上で,工数・工期・欠陥率(以降QCDと略す)の計量的な管理は最も重要なこととされている.しかしQCDは多様な要因に左右され,測定が容易な数少ない要因だけで推定することは難しい.先行研究では開発規模に加えてプログラム言語,アーキテクチャ等の層別因子や,開発の複雑度要因を説明変数とした,単一方程式モデルで表現される重回帰モデルでQCDの各々を推定してきた.本論文では連立方程式モデルの適用により,従来の重回帰モデルでは明らかにできなかった,QCD相互間のトレードオフ構造を明らかにする.更に,開発に携わる要員数の増減勾配と専任率からなる要因(以降要員配置と略す)をピーク要員比率として定義・測定することで,この要因のQCDへの影響が顕著となることも示す.実プロジェクトデータへの当てはめは,規模,工数,工期,ピーク要員比率,欠陥率間の有意な相関関係を示した.また,これらを通じて少変数で工期と欠陥率の推定精度が改善されることを示す.QCDの推定精度を高めることは,QCDの標準値の設定を可能にする.抄録全体を表示PDF形式でダウンロード (2479K)
