In order to launch a new business in an existing company, it is necessary to reduce the influence of the existing business on the framework of perception of organizational members and to get out of it, as well as the success factors pointed out in the previous research. Especially in the case of an imperfect independent organization, organizational members will struggle between existing and new businesses. For overcoming this, it is necessary to form a new organizational identity through dialogue and discussion among members and acquisition of legitimacy.
