    This paper attempts to position compliance, a concept that has attracted the attention of corporate management in recent years, within organizational management theory, particularly modern organizational theory. In addition, macro factors (i.e., factors affecting the relationship between organizations and stakeholders) and micro factors (factors influencing decision-making processes) that generate issues related to compliance, along with countermeasures, are clarified.
