    Ussuriana michaelis takarana Allotype 1♂. (fig. 3, & 6) 15. Jan. 1956, Malapa, Taihori (2200m.), Central Formosa. Length of forewing : 24mm. W. CHUNG leg. In author's collection. Holotype 1♀, Paratype 1♀, 1941, ARAKI et HIRAYAMA, Mushi no Sekai (Insect World) vol. 4, No. 11-12, p. 1-2, Upperside, yellowish orange area on the forewing much smaller than the female. Hindwing almost black, with yellowish orange patch at anal angle. Antennae are lost. The male of this race is larger than that of original race from Korea (fig. 2 upperside, 5 underside), the tails also are longer, and the black spots of underside are all longer. Wagimo sulgeri insularis SHIROZU (fig.1 & 4) 1♂, Musha, Central Formosa, 1953 (Detailed date unknown.) Length of forewing: 13mm. W. CHUNG leg. In author's collection. It is expected that Mr. T. SHIROZU will publish the description of the new Formosan race of Wagimo sulgeri under the above-mentioned name in the near future. So I refrain to name the new race here, and give only the description. (While the proof of this paper is reading, Mr. SHIROZU'S description was published.) Upperside, the purplish marking on forewing larger, especially it projects towards the outer margin. Between this marking and outer margin, bearing the linear weak purplish markings in the interspaces 1, 2 and 3. The faint purplish marking in the discoidal cell on the hindwing. Underside, having large marking in the interspace 1 near anal angle on the forewing, both sides of this marking being gradated whitely. The whitish spot in Ib near or outer margin on the hindwing of the original race, but there are no spot in this new race. Size smaller than the original race. Tajuria karenkonis Allotype 1♂, 3, Aug. 1957, Usou, Taichung, Formosa. Length of forewing : 18mm. W. CHUNG leg. In author's collection. Holotype 1♀, 1929, MATSUMURA, Ins. Mats. vol. III, No. 2 & 3. Upperside, forewing bluish patch more deeper, and brilliant than ♀, extending completely to the tornus. Hindwing bluish area more extending to the costal margin.
