The Study Group for Quality Value Creation in 2030, we established independently of Central Japan Quality Control Association in April 2022, involving manufacturing companies in the central region of Japan, mainly in the automotive field, and is working on a transformation from manufacturing to the Solution and the Creation of new value for quality with the prospect that the solving social issues is the goal to be reached.
　The conventional successful business model was “ to efficiently increase productivity to provide good quality products to society ”, however, this should be changed now. We are in the midst of a once-in-a-century transformation in the automotive industry, which is undergoing transformation of its business itself, and we must consider social changes, e.g., environmental destruction and the world population decline. We should focus on “ how to optimally manage corporate technology and resources to solve social issues. Therefore, we proposed indicators “ SDQ cube ” to ensure the sustainability of each organization into the future. This article describes concept of SDQ cube and tools for it.
　Additionally, quality assurance from products to customer experience is discussed. In MaaS and Case,we should assure widely range of processes from products to solution and reconstruct it in whole.

　The Software Subcommittee was established in 2005. We have been active on several research themes so far. The “ Yuigon（in English “ Will ”） Project” turned the tacit knowledge of veterans into explicit knowledge. In the study of expression methods in requirements definition documents, a checklist was created. Recently, we have been researching generative AI and low-code development.We also hold workshops and social gatherings.

　TQM has been systemized and established as a technique to visualize problems at worksites and management challenges in all segments of the industry and to solve them. It is unfortunate that major problems that are labeled slipshod QC and MS practices have taken place recently with representative leading companies of Japan. The phrase “Quality problems are fatal problems to companies” has been repeated many times throughout the years. What is needed today is dynamic and robust management that exercises strong governance at worksites and that implements dynamic measures in advance before a problem takes place, instead of falling behind and taking actions after a problem occurs.
　This article outlines the systematization of the seven scientific and proactive tools （SENTE KANRI, SE7） - Dynamic Robust Management （DRM） - that has been made possible through the effective integration of TQM into ISO.（ Design/development, quality audit edition）

　The Kiuchi Laboratory in the Department of International Management, College of Business Administration at Tamagawa University focuses on the research of the growing field of Industrial Engineering. For example, it concentrates its efforts in the study of the processes that organize information, and the ones that deal with the corporate activities in the engineering production and supply chains, where mainly Quality Function Deployment (QFD) is utilized.
　For undergraduate students, the purpose of the seminar is to allow them to naturally and progressively develop problem-solving and critical thinking skills. In order to achieve it, several exercises will be proposed such as business games, operations management exercises, business creation exercises and others. For graduate students, methodologies and frameworks which will contribute to possible solutions for the problems company activities might encounter will be developed through the studies during the Master’s degree.

It also presents the adoption of ChatGPT in various Japanese industries, the emergence of customizable GPTs, and the importance of addressing challenges to fully benefit from generative AI. The report concludes by emphasizing the transformative promise of generative AI and the need to address its challenges responsibly.
