In this study, we focused on mother - daughter relationships and clarified the relationship between stress and the differentiation of self and how to deal with mothers' attitudes that high school girls find stressful. We conducted a questionnaire survey and created a scale so that we could discuss the attitudes and coping strategies of daughters who feel stressed. Path analysis confirmed that high school girls who communicated their intentions to their mothers and faced them directly had a high differentiation of self. It was also shown that high school girls who gave up and overreacted to conflicts with their mothers had a low differentiation of self, and had strong moody / angry, depressed / anxious feelings. It was shown that coping with conflicts with mothers and the differentiation of self are also related to self-efficacy in fulfilling social roles. It was suggested that facing conflicts and reconsidering their relationship with their mothers is an important task for high school girls in order for them to become independent.

The present study investigated the relationship between outdoor activities of residents and their intention to continue living in the same community. The results are as follows:

      1. Intention to continue living in the same community is determined by the degree of participation in local activities and overall satisfaction with the living environment.

      2. Residents actively engaging in outdoor activities are more likely to remain in the same community. This is especially true for optional and social activities.

      3. Frequencies such as socializing, lessons, residents' association activities, and volunteering are intercorrelated.

      4. There is a significant relationship between interacting with acquaintances and the degree of participation in community activities. Personal relationships lead to community activities.

      5. The outdoor environment with at least one barrier on the way to the destination reduces the frequency of optional and social activities.

The purpose of this study is to clarify the actual conditions and issues of living goods management in housing management. In the majority of cases, people own and store a lot of things. The percentage of such people is less than half only in the 50-and-under age group. More than 60% of households have inconveniences regarding the possession and storage of goods, regardless of age or household situation. On the other hand, people are aware of the need to sort out and clean up things in the house such as clothing, albums / photos, and books before they become too old to do so. However, in reality, people tend to put off organizing and tidying up making it increasingly difficult to proceed. Awareness of various systems and services related to living goods management such as community and school bazaars and purchase services is high among those under 50 and pre-seniors. Late-stage elderly people who have many possessions in their homes that are not well maintained is problematic. There is a need for a regional system that provides comprehensive consultation and support regarding housing and maintenance for the elderly, and arranges and disposes of living goods.

To clarify the differences between open field-grown and facility-grown Glehnia littoralis Fr. Schmidt (hereinafter referred to as “open field” and “facility”), general component content, mineral content, total polyphenol content, two antioxidant activities, chlorogenic acid and rutin content, anthocyanin content, and aroma components were analyzed. For general components, ash content was twice as high in facility than in open field. For minerals, facility had higher content values than open field, especially for K, Ca, and Mg, which were more than twice those of open field. Total polyphenol content and two antioxidant properties were highest in the buds of open field. Chlorogenic acid and rutin content was highest in the buds and leaves of open field, respectively. Anthocyanin content was highest in the petioles of facility. The aroma of open field was composed of several aldehydes, and the aroma of facility was mainly composed of one component.
