This study is the analysis of correlation between the sales and conditions of twelve park-stands. The former is based on “the daily report” of the stands' sales. And the latter is based on the field surveys. These data are analized by using Quantification Analysis I. The researchs are attempted in each 3 stands of 4 parks, which are; the following parks: Yoyogi Park, Kinuta Park, Komazawa Olympic Park, and Jindai Botanical Garden.
The followings are proved by the research. The order of the environment factors that influence sales is:(1) the distance between the park-gate and the park-stand (2) the space charactors surrounding the park-stand.(3) the area which the user recognize the parkstands (4) the quality of the facilities (5) the old or new impressions (6) the scale of the structure.
That is to say, the sales are influenced by the conditions of location rather than by the form of park-stand.
In addition, the ratio between the ordinary sales and the holiday sales is 5: 1, and the ration among the sales in fine days, those in cloudy days, and those in rainy days is 5: 2: 1.
