Hydrostatic pressure effect up to 7.6 kbar on the phase transition of K

3 was studied by measurements of the dielectric constant ε
11. The transition temperature linearly rises with increasing pressure with a rate 6.86°C/kbar. The latent heat and the transition entropy are calculated to be 456 cal/mol and 2.40 cal/mol·deg, respectively, by Clausius-Clapeyron’s equation.
