In this paper a new learning model is proposed, and a learning phenomenon of work ability of a hand is studied using this model.
The model is a logarithmic linear type which represents a learning phenomenon appropriately, by using a logarithmic regression equation.
The learning coefficient and percentage of a work can be easily computed in the model.
As an example, an One-Hole test with four progresses of work (Reach, Grasp, Move and Position) is considered and its learning phenomenon is applied to the learning model, particularly, a learning effect of Grasp remarkably observed.
