The aim of this paper is to determine a good measurement method and condition of CFF which is of use estimating a magnitude of psychic fatigue. CFF is measured by four measurement methods: a method of adjustment, a modified method of adjustment, a method of limits and a constant method. Four stimulus variables of luminance (120cd/m
2 and 530cd/m
2), size (0.5°, 1°and 2.5°), color (green, yellow and red) and presentation (monocular and binocular) are investigated. The results showed that (1) method of limits gave the smallest variance; (2) test stimulus of 530cd/m
2 produced a greater reduction in CFF than that of 120cd/m
2; (3) test stimulus of 1°produced a smaller variance than that of 2.5°and a greater reduction in CFF than that of 0.5°; (4) there was no significant difference of magnitude and variance among three colors of green, yellow and red; (5) there was no significant difference of magnitude and variance between monocular and binocular.
