It was found that the construction of a perspective drawing of a solid figure by means of Einschneideverfahren projective transformation of a pair of principal projection or generally a pair of parallel projections of the solid figure that are arranged in arbitrary positions of a plane can be accomplished by application of the following proposition. The proposition proposes that if any pairs of three figures on a plane are mutually in a perspective relation having collinear centers of projection, the three figures can be regarded to be the projections of a spatial object cast from respective three points onto the plane.
This paper proved the validity of this proposition. It also described the sphere of practical drawings that can be constructed by this proposition, the relationship to perspective grids and that the method by measuring point known as a basis of conventional perspective drawing methods is a special case of this proposition. Thus, the proposition was found to constitute a fundamental theorem that applies not only to the construction of perspective drawings by means of projective mapping but also to conventional methods of perspective drawing.

Recently the class hours for the descriptive geometry and drawings have been reduced. On the other hand there is a marked decline in the ability and active interest of the student for the space recognition.
Under this state, it is necessary to improve the educational method.
The authors investigated an improved method which utilizes illustrations. This method produced a fair good results in practice.
In this paper an example of the application of this method and the effects in the education are reported.

This paper describes a classification of shading method in art field and rendering techniques using a computer. The aim of this study is to create a system which can be used directly by the designer and artist, as a substitute for brushes and painting devices for drawing pictures. 1) Shading technique was investigated, and the classification of these keywords was organized. 2) In the utillization of the density distribution curve method, it was able to draw man shading by computer. 3) Some pictures were drawn using the rendering system CARP. It observed that CARP is effective, because it is able to draw pictures easily by shading techniques.

The application of computers in graphic science is common in education today. Much research has been conducted in this area of study. The author has developed educational software written in Pascal for graphics applications on microcomputers.
This report contains an outline of the software application and an example of its subprograms. The report also contains examples of graphic output with explanations of their applications.

CT, that is, Computer Tomography, is one of the effective tools to investigate the state of the human bodies. The reconstruction of the 3-Dimensional parts of the bodies, however, depends on the surgeon's imagination from the 2-Dimensional data of the tomography. Recently it comes to be realized that the 3-D reconstruction can be directly process ed by the specialized or large stall computers. But they are still too expensive and too exaggerated to handle at each surgery by each surgeon. This study aims at making 3-D display model with low cost usefully in medical aid, where we use only simple personal computer and its devices. But the method took us too much times. So at the present paper, we used video camera for input device in order to shorten the leadtime and save operator's trouble. And the animation display of rotating, scaling and zooming up are tried successfully.
