For giving clinical instructions effectively, it has need to manifest factors that will affect the clinical learning. Authors made the evaluation form which could manifest these factors. And students offer the evaluation form in the end of each Medical-Surgical Nursing laboratory.
Some factors that must have interfered with clinical leaning were identified by the evaluation of graduates in 1979. Various improvements in the way of teaching for these factors were attempted to next year students (graduates in 1980).
In order to investigate the effect of these improvements, components of evaluations were compared graduates in 1979 with graduates in 1980.
As the result of this study, it was demonstrated that some of these factors were improved remarkably.
