In x-ray photography in which fluorescent intensifying screen is used, the radiation of the fluorescence is not proper for the sensibility of a x-ray film. The radiation of the fluorescent material is apt to be absorbed or scattered through the intensifying screen. Especially the phenomena of scattering decreases the sharpness of x-ray photograph. However, when various color films are put between the intensive screen and the film, the fluorescent spectrum changes. Therefore, the author changed the fluorescent spectrum to accord the spectrum of film with the intensive screen. Thus the sharpness and contrast of x-ray photography were improved in this experiment.

A basic experiment was done concerning the use of rectilinear tomography at small angles in the early diagnosis of vertebral lesion in order to compensate the defect of simple roentgenogram. The tomography at small angles assumedly supply an advantageous means for this purpose, because it surpasses others in the formation of contrasts. A few clinical examples were considered at the same time.

Basing on the law of Berneullie by means of an auto-injector, arteriographic examination of the carotid and vertebral arteries, was performed by using many radio-opaque materials. Analysis of efficiency of various radio-opaque fluids, was performed by injecting with an auto-injector, with the following aims. (1). The relationship between the velocity of blood flow, the quantity of injected fluid and the time taken for injection. (2). The relationship between the quantity of blood flow, the safe amount of injected fluid and its efficienty. (3). Determination of the efficiency of various radio-opaque material basing an (1) and (2).
