We examined the central X-ray incidence angle of anteroposterior projection in radiography of the cervical spine.Measurements of incidence angle determined index on surface as connect line with externalaudiotory meatus and acromial angle of scapula when we take a lateral cervical spine radiography, slope of it connect line decided incidence angle of anteroposterior projection. This study included 300 clinical patients(141 female and 159 male). For reads right of this index , we measured cervical lordosis wrote Borden's and angle of intervertebral discs from the radiography which was obtained, and analyzed combines sexuality and age.Cervical spine configurations could be grouped into 7 types and further divided into 14 sub-types based on lateral cervical spine radiography. Relationship of incidence angle and angle of intervertebral discs, in other words, reliability of the incidence angle read coefficient of correlation coefficient 0.75-0.94 values price into the all classification. The level of statistical significance wasset at 1%.This method is based on the curvature and inclination of the cervical spine of each patient, and then it's measurement way for radiography technique in clinical.

We evaluated the relationship between phase loop and fat suppression using the spectrally selected inversion recovery pulse(Spec IR)technique. The sequence was the three-dimensional fast spoiled gradient echo(3Dfast SPGR).The Spec IR technique utilizes a fat-selective inversion recovery pulse in order to suppress fat. When encoding is performed for all slices(phase-slab loop)with one phase encoding , it is necessary to perform slice encoding in a centric. On the other hand, when encoding is performed for all phases(slab-phase loop)with one slice encoding, it is necessary to perform phase encodings in a centric. For the phase-slab loop, an inversion recovery pulse equal to the number of phase encodings is used. For the slab-phase loop , an inversion recovery pulse equal to the number of slices is used.Since relatively few inversion recovery pulses are used with the slab-phase loop, the signal remains at the fat edge.

With the advancing development of CCD cameras, the I.I-DR apparatus has beenintroduced into the x-ray fluoroscopy television system.Consequently, quality control of the system has become a complicatedtask. We developed a simple, accurate method for quality control of the I.I.-DR apparatus using the CCD camera.Experiments were separately performed for the imager system [(laser imager, DDX(dynamic digital x-ray system )]and the imaging system(I.I., ND-filter, IRIS, CCDcamera).Quality control of the imager system was done by simply examining both input and output characteristics with a sliding pattern.Quality control of the imaging system was also conducted by estimating AVE(the average volume element), which was obtained using a phantom under the constant conditions. The results indicated that this simplified method is useful as a weekly quality control check of the I.I.-DR apparatus using the CCD camera.

We examined how to select the method of statistical significance test as to the evaluation obtained by diagnostic imaging. We used 6-10 pairs of small data, and classified the distribution style using skewness and kurtosis. In statistical significance test, we used the paired t-test as a parametric test, and the Wilcoxon test as a non-parametric test.We tried to select the method of the statistical significance test in consideration of the power of test in each distribution style. The result of the X^2test, Which is a test of normalization, there was no significance. In the case the paired t-test may be adecuate, considering the power of test, we should use the Wilcoxon test, incase that the both bottoms spread or the right bottom spreads.
