This report is the continuation of the last paper, the abstract of which is given in page 48 No.3. In the present report the author gives the details of the distribution of the storm and discusses the mechanisms which caused this severe storms.
An account of the same storm discussed by K. Misawa is given in this paper. The storm was not very severe at Matumoto, but in some places at higher levels the ice-coatings could be observed more than 20 days. The author attributed the storm to a squall line just passed the district.
