Another experiment was conducted on the absorption rate of NO into mixed slurry liquid of Fe (II)-edta--M

3 System. The results were analyzed on the basis of the theory of gas absorption accompanied by an irreversible reaction.The reactionorder is first with respect to NO, and is first with respect to Fe (II)-edta chelate when the absorbent is prepared in the concentrationrange of F
eSO
4=0.001-0.12 mol/l, edta=0.001-0.04 mol/l and M
gS0
