In this notes, ten species of Notodontid-moths are newly recorded to the fauna of Kyushu district, Japan. Viz.: Cerura (Neocerurcf) wisei ? tattakana MATSUMURA Peridea (s. str.) monetaria OBERTHUR Peridea (s. str.) lativitta WILEMAN Peridea (Fusadonta) basilinea WILEMAN Hiradonta takaonis MATSUMURA Takadonta takamukui MATSUMURA Drymonia basalts WILEMAN et SOUTH Lophocosma atriplaga STAUDINGER Hagapteryx admirabilis STAUDINGER Platleasma virgo BUTLER Besides, the genus Neocerura MATSUMURA, 1929 is considered a subgenus of Cerura SCHRANK, 1802, and Mesodonta coreana MATSUMURA is probably regarded as a subspecies of Peridea lativitta WILEMAN. The description of the female of Hiradonta takaonis MATSUMURA has been unknown to science, is present. The female is similar to the male but larger, expance 56mm. Antenna filiform. Palpus not reaching the vertex of head. Genitalia: Ovipositor normal, ostium plate attached to arrow-headed plate with a pair projection, ductus bursae voluble, no signum. Allotype-1 ♀. Mt.
