    The distribution of cylinder temperature and the change of amount of inhaled cooling air affected by such abnormal cooling conditions as the blockade of the cooling air screen or the inlet of the fin cover and the slackness or the distortion of the fin cover at the side or at the head were investigated with the following results.
    1. The more ununiform distribution of cylinder temperature results from the more abnormal conditions as well as from the increase of the r. p. m. and the load.
    2. The more severe blockade of the inlet of the head cover makes cylinder temperature higher, especially at the frontage, while the similar abnormal condition at the inlet of the side cover results in the higher cylinder temperature at the rear and the lower at the frontage.
    3. By the increase of the slackness of either the side or the head fin cover, the rising of cylinder temperatures at the side and other parts takes place.
    4. In proportion to the degree of the abnormal cooling conditions, not only the rising rate of cylinder temperature is greater but also the temperature reaches the higher extreme value after the lapse of longer time.

    1. The specific resistance of Pan-breaker may be effected by soil and soil hardness etc., and increases its value in proportion to the penetration.
    2. The draft of Pan-breaker is so heavy, that it may be profitable to adopt the smaller type with one or two subsoiler standards at the present stages in Japan.
    3. According to the investigation on the 133rd day, the deeper the penetration is, the looser the soil hardness becomes, and retained effects are evident in proportion to the depth.
    4. Pan-breaking promotes the permeability and drainage.
    5. Pan-breaking may be effective to prevent run-off, frost heave and plane structure formation etc.,

    For the purpose to increase and stabilize the draft of the garden tractor, the author tried a simple automatic draft control hitching. Its mechanism is shown in Fig. 1, a tillage implement, for example, a plow is attached to a pivot O of a stay AO fixed to the garden tractor, and a beam fixed to a moldboard is attached to the tractor body through a spring k. Any change of soil resistance changes the amount of deflection of the spring, then the pitch of the plow, so that the depth of it changes, maintaining the draft automatically constant. Theoretically introducing the control differential equation (6), to prevent the hunting the frequency response of this system (Fig. 4) is investigated, and the optimum ranges of the spring constant, the moment of inertia and the natural frequency are determined. With experiments it is found the plow enters the ground faster and deeper than the ordinary mounting method. This system is easily interchangeable to the ordinary or fixed mounting methods.

    For the purpose of measuring the vibrations at the handle of the power tillers in field operation, we designed and constructed a small wire resistance type vibrometer (accelerometer) which consist of a pick up, bridge, oscillator, amplifier and magnetic oscillograph.
    The pick up has a cantilever pendulum with a mass attached to the free end and strain gages placed so as to measure the bending strain of the cantilever. The bending strain becomes proportional to the acceleration of the tiller when the natural frequency of the cantilever pendulum is higher than the frequency of the tiller. So we determined the natural frequency of the cantilever pendulum is 40.0cps. And to reduce the weight of the pick up, we use an acrylic resin case filled with the silicon oil to give the damping. The size of this pick up is 66×52×38 (mm) and its weight about 250g. (Fig. 1)
    Fig. 2 shows the circuit used this vibrometer.
    The characteristics curve of this vibrometer is shown in Fig. 3. The performance of this vibrometer shows a desirable result though the acceleration is slower, therefore, we recognized this vibrometer is enough to measure the vibration of the power tillers in the field operation.

    (1) In this report I intend to elucidate about seven uncommon phenemena which I described in the 7th report.
    (2) To begin with, I investigated the relationship between my theory and others; i. e. Mr. H. Shoji's experiment, Saito hoonkan's report and Mr. T. Nihei's experiment refer to uncommon phenomena.
    (3) At the time of explanation of the 2nd phenomenon, I borrowed from Dr. Fusanobu Shoji's theory and stated about the condition of rice grain flowed on the rice sortor.
    (4) I divided the origin of occurrence of the phenomenon which rice grains were sandwiched between the wire into two groups, i. e. essential and flowing condition, and explained the 1st and 6th phenomena.
    (5) I considered the processes originated in phenomena descrived in paragraph 4 described above, and explained the 4th and 7th phenomena.
    (6) I considered the origns and processes of occurrence refer to the mutual interference and explained the 3nd and 5th phenomena.

    On the studies of the nozzle for use of chemicals spraying the first, discussed Colloidal chemistry and Hydraulicaly, the mechanism of the adhesion of chemicals drops on the plant or the insects. Selected its contact angle of Tensional force of drop surface for the determination factor of adhesion of chemicals drops. And observed as regared this two fundamental factor, and Wetting power, Spread power, and Penetrating power of it. And next, theoreticaly, observed for the size, shape and volume of drops. When its stick the revrse side of a leaf, we can applied the reserch of L. Lohnsteins method and Case of surface, by use of two dimensional differential calculus equation method, induced the equation of surface and its volume for the fish oil kali soap solution, by use these equation caluculated. And to its results discussed Tensional force of Adhesion, Spread Coefficient and volume. And then judged that at contact angle is 70-80°, Volume is max and its spread coefficient is -30--40.

    The arriving type nozzle and the diffusing type nozzle are used for Horizontal boom of the motor sprayer.
    We studied on the comparison between these two nozzles and spraying methods of the nozzles by the effective depositted ratios (=depositted chemicals to leaf and stem/chemicals to field surface) diameters, and densities of agricultural chemicals on rice leaf, used on statistical method.
    At the results, the diffusing type nozzle was better than arriving type nozzle to chemical spraying at paddy field in this case, but the arriving type nozzle is good idea at arriving tendency of chemical particles.

    Measured weights of the scattered soil, traction power speed and soil hardness, to indentify the ability of conveyer type soiler machine, I obtained the results as follows.
    It is rather less than the other type soiler machine that the amount of the scattered soil is 1.728kg. in average, and the amunt of unavailable soil amounts to 84.31 per sent. In working it, there are tendencies that condition of the scattered soil is chainged by speed, and the dropped soil concentrated as the speed get faster. Concerning conveyer type soiler machine, amount of the scattered soil is effected by soil hardness, and in the case of harder soil it is less than softer soil.
    In turn to account conveyer type soiler machine actually, we must manage the surface of field as the soil hardness is less than 2kg.

    In the laboratory test were obtained with various Material and the results were as follows.
    1. The relation between wear and depth, rotary diameter of test pieces be able to express repetition in the experimental formula of
    W=K(h3/D3)m……(1)
    where W=wear of test piece (gr),
    h=maximum depth break into wearing sand of test piece (cm),
    D=rotary diameter of test piece (cm),
    K or m=experimental factor
    2. There existed a critical point of circuler velocity of test piece that effected a sudden change in the wear of one. The critical point of circular velocity of test piece were 2.6m/sec respectively.
