In this paper, the observations were made on the function of vegetative nervous system and hypothalamo-pituitary-adrenocortical system in pulmonary tuberculosis. In addition, some discussions were made on them from the standpoint stated in the preceding paper. The results obtained are as follows:
1. In the tests on the vegetative nervous spstem including epinephrine test, atropin test, acetylcholine test and T. E. A. B. test, the abnormal sella group is more remaricably responsive than the normal sella group. This suggests that patients with abnormal-shaped sella are unstable in the vegetative nervous system.
2. In Thorn test, negative cases are found more frequently in the normal sella group than the abnormal one. In praehormone test, all of those cases which show over 90 per cent increase of blood basophils are found in the abhormal sella group. There seems to be a close relationship among Thorn test, praehormon test and the shape of sellaprofile.
3. All these results obtained may give a significant suggestion to the close connection between the constitution of tuberculous patients and hypothalamo-pituitary-adrenocortical system.
